Glacier Express is the most popular tourist train in Swiss, connecting 2 most touristic cities, Zermat and St.Moritz. It is a long way, about 8 hours.
I join the Glacier Express from Brig, since I was in Grindelwald.
Though I had a Swiss Pass, I still needed to pay reservation fee of SF 33! Worse, since I booked the previous day, I couldn't get a window seat :(
Eventhough the name is Glacier Express, there is no glacier to see on the way since the route was changed to pass a new tunnel!
I was seated in the same compartment with a German old couple.
